ABSLI InstaVerify is an Android application designed for sales personnel in the insurance sector. This app serves as a platform for sales agents to present key features of insurance policies to potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the product. A significant feature of the app is the consent mechanism that allows customers to provide their agreement directly through the application, enhancing transparency in the sales process.
In addition to facilitating customer interaction, ABSLI InstaVerify records the entire conversation between the sales agent and the customer. This video recording is subsequently sent to the Central Operations team for review prior to policy issuance. The primary objective of this feature is to mitigate the risk of mis-selling, ensuring that sales representatives adhere to ethical practices while engaging with clients.
